This technology uses a temperature-responsive hydrogel that remains liquid at room temperature but turns into a gel at body temperature.

At body temperature, it is transformed into a gel and drugs in the gel are released in a sustained manner over 24 hours.
Safe Drug Delivery Device

The reverse-thermal gelation of THR is comprised of ingredients linked to each other physically without any chemical cross-linking.
It remains liquid at room temperature but turns into a gel at body temperature.
Consequently, it is a safe sustained release drug delivery device without toxicity and/or side effects at surgical areas of the body.

Poloxamer A Temperature-responsive Polymer

The poloxamer solution is liquid at room temperature but forms a gel state through the process of micellization as the temperature is increased.
When the temperature is lowered, the micelles dissociate, and the gel returns to a liquid state.

Sodium Hyaluronate(SH) Allows the active ingredient of the liquid injectable drug to be slowly released into the body.
